The downloadable PDF and CD versions are in color. It is too cost prohibitive for our small company to print hard copies in color. The black and white printed paper version loses some quality when compared with what you could print out in color from either the download version or the CD file. This quality loss does not impact the content readability. In other words I strongly urge you to order one of the electronic formats!
